Did RWH Plyo 2 without stretch followed by Low Impact 2 without warm up. Feeling great!!!

Did RWH Upper Body circuit w/abs #1. I just love that workout, cannot get enough of it.

Did 2 Cathe live, All about legs and Upper body w/ball. I'm really feeling my arms shake right now. WOW!! Love it!!!

Will be doing Cathe live RWH hi/lo without step. Not sure what to do later.

Did Hardstikes this am, Burnsets C,B,&S this afternoon & just finished 1.5 miles w/my dog. Time for a shower!!!

Just finished Rockout Knockout extreme premix, love this workout. Now having a banana,stawberry, greek yogurt smoothie!!! Tastes great.

Did RWH LIHI Legs and feeling great. Haven't done it for a while & forgot how great it is. Will be doing lawn work later.
